Our Return & Refund Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate products once they have been opened or used. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products – If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Unopened & Unused Products – In some cases, we may accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or Used Products

  • Lubricants

  • Lingerie (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items Without Original Packaging

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund.

  3. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If a refund is issued, it will cover the product cost only—shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to our final approval.
